This Strawberry Bourbon Porch Pour is built for slow evenings, warm air, and a glass that doesn’t need fuss to shine. Fresh strawberries bring natural sweetness, while lemon keeps everything crisp and balanced. It’s approachable, refreshing, and still unmistakably bourbon-forward.
Instead of relying on heavy syrups, this version uses a simple honey base that rounds out the citrus without masking the fruit. A few dashes of bitters pull everything together, keeping the drink from drifting too sweet while adding subtle complexity.
If you have a smoker available, a quick glass smoke adds a layer of depth that plays beautifully with the bourbon. It’s optional, but highly recommended when you’d normally reach for the oven or kitchen torch—this keeps the process clean and controlled.
Whether served as a single pour or scaled up for guests, this cocktail hits that sweet spot between fresh and bold. It’s easy to make, easy to tweak, and perfect for porch sipping or backyard hangs.
