Few things bring people together like a good dip, and this Fried Pickle Dip is no exception. If you’re a pickle fanatic like me, this one’s going to steal your heart — and probably your chip supply too. It’s tangy, creamy, and has just the right crunch from toasted Panko on top. I first made this for one of our tailgate parties, and now it’s a permanent fixture on game days.
The secret to taking this dip from good to great? Meat Church Lemon Pepper seasoning. It gives every bite that zesty, peppery punch that pairs perfectly with dill and garlic. Like most of my favorite creations, this one comes straight from MeatChurch.com (https://www.meatchurch.com), where you can grab their full lineup of seasonings and some solid BBQ swag while you’re at it.
You’ll love how quick and easy this dip is to make — no frying required, despite the name. The “fried” part comes from that buttery, golden Panko topping that adds texture and crunch. It’s ideal for dipping thick-cut potato chips, pretzels, or even crisp veggies.
Serve it cold for a refreshing bite or slightly warm for that cozy, comfort-food feel. However you do it, this dip is guaranteed to be a hit wherever there’s good company, good food, and maybe a cold drink or two.
